  • The Ghost Controls Smart Ready Single Heavy-Duty Automatic Gate Opener TSS1 is optimized for gates up to 20 feet in length or up to 900 lbs. This automatic gate opener is perfect for many types of residential single driveway gates including decorative, chain link, tube gates, etc. Comes with additional round post adapter brackets to easily attach to a tube-style gate.
  • Kit Includes: Single arm with a 6 foot cable; Control box; 1 3-button transmitter; AC transformer; Battery Harness for Deep Cycle Marine Battery (battery not incl.) Universal Tube Brackets; Standard Mounting Hardware and Bolt Bag. Not Included: 16 gauge wire if charging the battery with included transformer; REQUIRED: 12-volt battery
  • Gate design: Your gate must hang plumb, level and swing freely without wheels or guide cables. NOT suitable for solid surface gates. Minimum Gate post requirements: 6x6 Wood; 4x4 Steel; 3-inch round steel.
  • Ghost MultiConnect AXMC-R (sold separately) is required to operate the system with your smart devices
  • This kit requires a 12 volt battery (not included). We recommend a 12v deep cycle marine battery for solar kits using the Ghost MultiConnect

Farmora works with multiple fulfillment locations and suppliers. Products in the same order may ship from different locations depending on availability, package size, and delivery destination.

Farmora charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. The shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take several business days to show movement after a shipping label is created.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible at eawlopasabeul@gmail.com. We may be able to update or cancel an order before processing or shipment begins, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

What is Farmora’s return policy?

Eligible unused products may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery. Products must be clean, complete, and in their original condition and packaging. Items exposed to animals, barns, manure, feed, chemicals, or other contamination may not qualify for return.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations. Each package may have its own tracking number and delivery date. There is normally no additional standard shipping fee for split shipments.
