Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 29, 2026

Overview

This website is operated under the store name Farmora.

Throughout this website, the terms “Farmora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of Farmora and the services made available through https://farmora.us.

Farmora operates an online retail store specializing in supplies intended for cattle, pigs, and chickens. We do not currently operate as a general pet store or as a supplier specifically dedicated to horses, sheep, goats, or other animal categories.

The term “Service” includes this website and the information, product listings, shopping features, customer-support services, and other functions made available through it.

By visiting our website, submitting information, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated into them, including our:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Return & Refund Policy

  • Other policies or notices displayed on the website

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service or place an order through Farmora.

1. Eligibility to Use the Service

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • You have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

  • You will use the Service only for lawful purposes

If you permit another person to use the Service through your account, device, payment method, or contact information, you are responsible for activity conducted with your authorization.

Farmora does not knowingly permit minors to place orders without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Farmora’s Product Scope

Farmora specializes in products categorized for:

  • Cattle

  • Pigs

  • Chickens

A product’s presence on our website does not mean that it is suitable for every animal, breed, age, size, condition, facility, climate, production system, or intended use.

Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for their particular application before purchasing, installing, or using it.

Unless expressly stated on the applicable product page, Farmora does not represent that a product is suitable for animals other than cattle, pigs, or chickens.

3. No Veterinary or Professional Advice

Information provided through Farmora is intended for general shopping, product-information, and customer-support purposes only.

Farmora does not provide:

  • Veterinary advice

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment

  • Animal nutrition advice

  • Agricultural engineering advice

  • Legal or regulatory advice

  • Professional livestock-management services

  • Emergency animal-care services

Product descriptions, articles, customer-support messages, frequently asked questions, reviews, and other website content must not be used as a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian or another suitably qualified professional.

For questions concerning an animal’s health, injury, disease, medication, nutrition, welfare, or treatment, consult an appropriately licensed professional.

For urgent animal health or safety concerns, contact a veterinarian or the appropriate emergency service. Do not rely on Farmora’s email support for an emergency.

4. Animal Drugs, Feed, Supplements, and Regulated Products

Where Farmora offers a product that is subject to special labeling, registration, age, prescription, licensing, transportation, agricultural, or regulatory requirements, the customer is responsible for reviewing and following all applicable restrictions and instructions.

Unless a product listing expressly and lawfully states otherwise:

  • Farmora does not issue veterinary prescriptions

  • Farmora does not authorize extra-label drug use

  • Farmora does not determine medication dosages

  • Farmora does not guarantee that a regulated product may be lawfully used in every state or location

  • Customer-support communications do not replace the product label or professional instructions

Customers must use animal health, feed, supplement, pest-control, chemical, and similar products only for the species, purpose, dosage, conditions, and method stated on the applicable label and instructions.

Do not purchase or use a product where doing so would violate applicable federal, state, local, or other laws.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately.

Product information may include content supplied by manufacturers, distributors, fulfillment providers, or other third parties.

Although we may review available information, Farmora does not independently manufacture, test, certify, or verify every product unless expressly stated.

Customers must review all available:

  • Product descriptions

  • Dimensions and measurements

  • Materials

  • Weight limits

  • Species information

  • Age or size recommendations

  • Compatibility requirements

  • Safety warnings

  • Assembly instructions

  • Installation requirements

  • Maintenance instructions

  • Manufacturer documentation

The customer should contact Farmora before ordering if clarification is required.

Farmora may correct typographical errors, inaccurate specifications, omissions, or outdated information when identified.

Nothing in these Terms permits Farmora to knowingly make a false or misleading representation.

6. Product Images and Colors

We make reasonable efforts to display product images and colors accurately.

However, actual appearance may vary because of:

  • Screen settings

  • Device displays

  • Lighting

  • Photography

  • Manufacturing variations

  • Material texture

  • Packaging updates

  • Product revisions

Images may include props, animals, facilities, accessories, or surrounding items that are not included with the product. The written product description and included-components information should be reviewed before purchase.

Minor differences that do not materially change a product’s identity, function, or advertised specifications do not automatically constitute a defect.

7. Measurements, Fit, and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming measurements, fit, clearances, mounting requirements, electrical requirements, connection types, and other compatibility information before ordering.

Before purchasing, the customer should consider:

  • Animal size and breed

  • Pen, coop, barn, stall, or enclosure dimensions

  • Existing equipment

  • Mounting surfaces

  • Water or feed system connections

  • Electrical voltage and outlet requirements

  • Environmental exposure

  • Weight and load requirements

  • Local building, agricultural, animal-welfare, or safety rules

Farmora is not responsible for incompatibility resulting solely from a customer’s failure to review accurately disclosed specifications.

A customer should not rely only on a product title, photograph, general category, or recommendation without reviewing the full product information.

8. Proper Installation and Use

Products must be installed, operated, cleaned, maintained, and stored according to:

  • Product labels

  • Manufacturer instructions

  • Safety warnings

  • Applicable laws

  • Accepted animal-care and workplace-safety practices

Unless expressly included in the product listing, Farmora does not provide installation, assembly, electrical, plumbing, construction, or maintenance services.

Customers are responsible for obtaining qualified assistance where installation or use requires specialized knowledge.

Do not use a product that appears damaged, defective, incomplete, recalled, contaminated, or unsuitable for its intended application.

If a product may present a safety risk, discontinue use where reasonably appropriate and contact Farmora or the manufacturer.

9. Animal Supervision and Safety

Customers are responsible for supervising animals and regularly inspecting products used around them.

Livestock may chew, push, pull, strike, overturn, damage, become caught in, or otherwise interact unpredictably with equipment.

Customers should regularly inspect products for:

  • Wear

  • Sharp edges

  • Loose components

  • Broken fasteners

  • Contamination

  • Corrosion

  • Electrical damage

  • Structural instability

  • Entrapment hazards

  • Other unsafe conditions

Farmora does not guarantee that a product will prevent every injury, escape, illness, loss, or unsafe animal interaction.

Any statement that a product assists with safety, containment, feeding, watering, sanitation, handling, comfort, or management does not eliminate the need for proper supervision and professional judgment.

10. Orders

An order submitted through Farmora is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.

Farmora may accept, decline, place on hold, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorized

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

  • The shipping address cannot be verified

  • A pricing or product-information error is identified

  • The order exceeds available inventory

  • The destination is not serviceable

  • Fulfillment would violate applicable law

  • The order presents a safety or compliance concern

If we cancel an unshipped order after collecting payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

11. Order Information

Customers must provide complete and accurate:

  • Name

  • Billing address

  • Shipping address

  • Email address

  • Telephone number, where requested

  • Payment information

  • Other information reasonably required to complete the order

Farmora is not responsible for delays, additional charges, misdelivery, or failed delivery caused solely by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Customers must promptly update their information when an error is discovered.

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

12. Prices

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.

Prices may change without advance notice. A price change will not normally affect an order already accepted, except where:

  • The price resulted from an obvious error

  • The customer agrees to a change

  • A tax or legally required charge changes

  • Applicable law permits or requires correction

Farmora may correct pricing, discount, tax, inventory, or promotional errors.

If a material pricing error affects an order, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel and refund the affected unshipped product.

13. Taxes and Other Charges

Applicable sales tax or other required charges may be calculated during checkout based on available order and destination information.

Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, customs charges, permits, assessments, or similar amounts that are legally their responsibility and are not collected by Farmora.

Farmora does not provide tax advice.

14. Payments

Customers represent that they are authorized to use the payment method submitted with an order.

Payment services may be provided by independent payment processors.

Farmora may perform or request reasonable:

  • Payment authorization

  • Identity verification

  • Address verification

  • Fraud screening

  • Additional order confirmation

An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be completed or verified.

Customers must not submit unauthorized, stolen, fraudulent, or unlawfully obtained payment information.

15. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

  • Are subject to their stated conditions

  • May have expiration dates

  • May apply only to eligible products or customers

  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted

  • Have no cash value

  • May be limited or withdrawn where permitted by law

Farmora may reject or cancel a promotion obtained through fraud, technical error, unauthorized publication, manipulation, or misuse.

A promotion will not be retroactively applied to an order unless Farmora expressly agrees.

16. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, shipping charges, estimated delivery periods, tracking, address changes, split shipments, carrier delays, missing packages, and delivery claims are governed by Farmora’s Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

Customers should not schedule installation, animal movement, production activities, construction, or other time-sensitive work until the product has been delivered and inspected.

17. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, incorrect products, and refused deliveries are governed by Farmora’s Return & Refund Policy.

Products that have been used, installed, altered, contaminated, or exposed to animals or livestock facilities may be ineligible for return where permitted by applicable law.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.

Nothing in our return policies excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

18. Product Availability and Discontinuation

Products may have limited availability.

Farmora may:

  • Limit quantities

  • Discontinue products

  • Change available variations

  • Replace outdated product information

  • Restrict sales by destination

  • Cancel unavailable products

  • Refuse orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled

Product availability displayed on the website may change before an order is processed.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable before shipment, Farmora may cancel and refund the affected product or contact the customer regarding an available alternative.

We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.

19. Manufacturer Information and Warranties

Some products may include a warranty provided by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from Farmora’s store policies and may have their own:

  • Coverage periods

  • Registration requirements

  • Exclusions

  • Documentation requirements

  • Claim procedures

  • Repair or replacement remedies

Farmora does not create, extend, or guarantee a manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

Customers should retain purchase records, product documentation, model numbers, and warranty information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Product Recalls and Safety Notices

If a customer becomes aware that a product may be subject to a recall or safety notice, the customer should:

  • Stop using the product where instructed

  • Secure it away from animals and children

  • Review the applicable recall notice

  • Follow instructions issued by the manufacturer or relevant authority

  • Contact Farmora where order assistance is required

Farmora may contact customers about product recalls or material safety information using the contact information associated with an order.

Customers are responsible for keeping their contact information current.

21. Customer Reviews and Other Submissions

Customers may be permitted to submit reviews, photographs, questions, feedback, or other content.

Submitted content must:

  • Reflect a genuine experience

  • Be accurate to the best of the submitter’s knowledge

  • Not impersonate another person

  • Not contain false or misleading statements

  • Not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights

  • Not contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory material

  • Not contain malicious software or unauthorized advertising

Farmora may moderate, reject, or remove content where reasonably necessary, but is not obligated to publish every submission.

Farmora will not require a customer to provide a positive review as a condition of receiving ordinary customer service or a remedy to which the customer is entitled.

Where a review or endorsement is incentivized, any required disclosure must be clear and truthful.

22. License for Submitted Content

By voluntarily submitting content to Farmora, you grant Farmora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content for legitimate store, customer-service, and marketing purposes.

This license applies only to content you have the right to submit.

It does not transfer ownership of your content to Farmora.

You may contact us regarding future use of submitted content. Removal from future use may not affect materials already printed, distributed, archived, or lawfully used before the request was processed.

23. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law

  • Commit fraud or misrepresentation

  • Submit false payment or identity information

  • Interfere with website security

  • Introduce malware or harmful code

  • Scrape or extract data through unauthorized automated means

  • Circumvent purchasing restrictions

  • Infringe intellectual-property rights

  • Harass Farmora personnel or other users

  • Submit fraudulent returns, chargebacks, or delivery claims

  • Resell access to the Service

  • Use Farmora’s branding without authorization

  • Purchase or use products for an unlawful purpose

Farmora may restrict or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of prohibited conduct.

24. Account Security

Where customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining password confidentiality

  • Restricting access to their devices

  • Providing accurate account information

  • Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access

Farmora is not responsible for account activity authorized by the customer or resulting solely from the customer’s failure to protect login information, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

25. Intellectual Property

The Farmora name, website design, original text, graphics, logos, photographs, page layouts, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to Farmora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal or legitimate business purchasing purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • Reproduce substantial website content

  • Copy product-page layouts

  • Use Farmora branding

  • Create misleading imitations of the website

  • Sell or license Farmora content

  • Use Farmora content to imply endorsement or affiliation

Third-party trademarks and manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners.

26. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may depend on or link to third-party:

  • Payment processors

  • Shipping carriers

  • Tracking systems

  • Manufacturers

  • Suppliers

  • Fulfillment providers

  • Applications

  • Websites

Third-party services are operated independently and may have separate terms and privacy practices.

A link or technical connection does not necessarily mean that Farmora controls or endorses all content or practices of the third party.

Farmora is not responsible for an independent third party’s website or conduct, except to the extent Farmora is legally responsible for selecting, directing, or using that provider.

27. Privacy

Personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected according to Farmora’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

Do not email Farmora unnecessary sensitive information such as complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, government identification numbers, or confidential veterinary records.

28. Electronic Communications

By using the Service or contacting Farmora electronically, you agree that order confirmations, shipping notices, policy notices, and customer-service communications may be delivered electronically.

Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and reviewing communications related to their orders.

29. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND GENERAL WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

FARMORA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR ERROR-FREE

  • EVERY TECHNICAL DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY

  • WEBSITE CONTENT WILL BE SUITABLE FOR EVERY CUSTOMER’S PURPOSE

  • A PRODUCT WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR LIVESTOCK, HEALTH, SAFETY, PRODUCTION, OR FINANCIAL OUTCOME

  • THIRD-PARTY CARRIER OR PAYMENT SERVICES WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FARMORA DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT EXCLUDE:

  • AN EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY ACTUALLY PROVIDED WITH A PRODUCT

  • A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

  • A WARRANTY CREATED BY A SPECIFIC AND AUTHORIZED PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

  • ANY WARRANTY, RIGHT, OR REMEDY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.

30. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FARMORA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS.

This may include, where legally excludable:

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of production

  • Loss of expected savings

  • Loss of data

  • Missed agricultural schedules

  • Downtime

  • Replacement labor

  • Losses resulting from use contrary to instructions

  • Losses resulting from failure to verify compatibility

  • Losses caused solely by a third-party carrier after proper shipment

Farmora does not guarantee that any product will prevent animal illness, injury, escape, death, production loss, property damage, or business interruption.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FARMORA’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO FARMORA FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from:

  • Fraud

  • Willful misconduct

  • Gross negligence where it cannot be limited

  • Personal injury where limitation is prohibited

  • A legally non-waivable product-liability obligation

  • A mandatory consumer-protection right

31. Customer Responsibility for Misuse

Farmora is not responsible for loss or damage caused solely by:

  • Use contrary to product instructions

  • Use for an undisclosed or unintended purpose

  • Use with an incompatible system

  • Improper installation

  • Unauthorized modification

  • Failure to maintain or inspect a product

  • Continued use after visible damage

  • Use for an animal species not identified as suitable

  • Failure to obtain qualified professional assistance

  • Violation of applicable law

This section applies only to the extent the customer’s conduct caused or contributed to the loss and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

32. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Farmora harmless from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising directly from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Service

  • Your material violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights

  • Your intentional misuse or unauthorized modification of a product

  • False information submitted by you

  • Fraudulent conduct

This obligation does not require you to indemnify Farmora for Farmora’s own fraud, willful misconduct, negligence where indemnification is prohibited, defective product liability that cannot be transferred, or other non-waivable responsibility.

33. Events Outside Reasonable Control

Farmora is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Such events may include:

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Fire or flooding

  • War or civil unrest

  • Public emergencies

  • Government restrictions

  • Agricultural quarantines

  • Epidemics

  • Customs delays

  • Labor disputes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Carrier failures

  • Power or internet outages

  • Supplier or fulfillment interruptions

Where reasonably possible, Farmora will communicate material delays and provide available options consistent with applicable law.

34. Suspension or Termination

Farmora may suspend or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary because of:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Fraud or suspected unauthorized activity

  • Abuse of customer-support, return, payment, or delivery processes

  • Security threats

  • Unlawful activity

  • Harm to Farmora, customers, or third parties

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or other responsibilities that arose before termination.

Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination will remain effective, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and dispute-related provisions.

35. Policy and Service Changes

Farmora may update:

  • These Terms

  • Store policies

  • Website features

  • Product offerings

  • Prices

  • Service availability

The updated version will be published on the website with a revised date where appropriate.

Changes generally apply prospectively and will not remove rights that have already arisen unless permitted by law.

Continued use of the Service after an update means that you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Material changes requiring separate notice or consent will be handled as required by law.

36. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or separated from the Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

37. No Waiver

Farmora’s failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not permanently waive the right to enforce that provision later.

A waiver is effective only when clearly provided by an authorized Farmora representative.

38. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them form the agreement between the customer and Farmora concerning use of the Service and purchases made through it.

They replace prior website statements concerning the same subject, but do not replace:

  • Product-specific written warranties

  • Order-specific written agreements

  • Rights that cannot legally be waived

  • Representations that applicable law treats as binding

39. Interpretation

Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of a section.

Words such as “including” and “may” are not intended to create an exhaustive list or an unconditional obligation unless the context requires otherwise.

Any ambiguity will not automatically be interpreted to remove mandatory customer rights or expand Farmora’s obligations beyond applicable law.

40. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to the federal, state, local, and other laws that lawfully apply to the customer, Farmora, the transaction, and the products involved.

Because Farmora’s formal business entity and governing jurisdiction are not identified on this page, these Terms do not designate a specific state’s law or require arbitration.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising a right or remedy available under applicable law.

Farmora may add a specific governing-law, venue, arbitration, or dispute-resolution clause only after confirming the store operator’s correct legal entity, registered location, and applicable legal requirements.

41. Rights That Cannot Be Waived

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or replaces any consumer right, statutory warranty, refund right, product-liability obligation, or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory requirement will control, and the remainder of the Terms will continue to apply.
