Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for shopping with Farmora.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our order processing, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, tracking procedures, address requirements, split shipments, delivery issues, and other shipping-related terms.
Farmora specializes in supplies intended for cattle, pigs, and chickens. Our shipping services are currently available only to destinations offered at checkout.
Please review this policy before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and other applicable business closures.
Order processing may include:
-
Payment authorization
-
Fraud-prevention screening
-
Address verification
-
Product availability confirmation
-
Procurement or fulfillment preparation
-
Packaging and shipment arrangements
Processing time is separate from estimated carrier transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays normally begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, seasonal volume, severe weather, inventory verification, carrier disruption, or other unusual circumstances, processing may take up to five business days or longer where reasonably necessary.
Submitting an order does not guarantee immediate shipment or product availability. If a product becomes unavailable before shipment, Farmora may contact the customer, cancel the affected product, offer an appropriate alternative, or issue a refund for the unfulfilled amount.
2. Order Confirmation
After an order is successfully submitted, the customer will generally receive an order confirmation at the email address entered during checkout.
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, processed, or shipped.
Farmora may place an order on hold or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where:
-
Payment cannot be authorized
-
Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
-
The shipping address cannot be verified
-
The product is unavailable
-
The order contains an obvious pricing or product-listing error
-
The destination is outside an available service area
-
Applicable law or carrier restrictions prevent fulfillment
If Farmora cancels an unshipped order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
3. Shipping Fee
Farmora charges a flat shipping fee of:
$6.90 per order
The shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
There is normally no additional standard shipping charge when products from the same order are shipped in separate packages.
Additional charges may apply only where clearly disclosed and accepted, such as for:
-
Customer-requested reshipment
-
Address correction fees imposed by a carrier
-
Repeated delivery attempts
-
Special delivery services requested by the customer
-
Returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address
-
Other optional services selected by the customer
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable after an order has shipped, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the shipment issue resulted from a verified Farmora error.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
For orders delivered within the United States, estimated delivery is generally:
5–10 business days after shipment
This is an estimated transit period and not a guaranteed arrival date.
The estimated delivery period begins when the applicable shipment is accepted or recorded by the carrier. It does not begin on the date the order is placed.
Delivery estimates may be affected by:
-
Carrier processing and transportation delays
-
Severe weather or natural disasters
-
Seasonal or holiday shipping volume
-
Rural or remote delivery locations
-
Incorrect or incomplete address information
-
Security checks
-
Road closures or transportation interruptions
-
Product size, weight, or handling requirements
-
Events outside Farmora’s reasonable control
Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays, and days when the applicable carrier is not operating.
An estimated delivery date displayed during checkout, in an email, or on a carrier tracking page is an estimate unless Farmora expressly states in writing that a particular delivery service is guaranteed.
5. Shipment Delays
Farmora makes reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe displayed or otherwise communicated at the time of purchase.
If we cannot ship an order within the promised shipment timeframe, we may notify the customer and provide available options, including:
-
Agreeing to a revised shipment date
-
Cancelling the affected unshipped item or order
-
Receiving a refund for the affected unshipped amount
Where no shipment timeframe was stated, Farmora will handle the order in accordance with applicable law.
Farmora is not responsible for a carrier’s failure to meet an estimated delivery date after the order has been timely transferred to the carrier, except where responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
This section does not limit any right to cancel or receive a refund that cannot legally be waived.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, a shipping confirmation may be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
The shipping confirmation may include:
-
Carrier name
-
Tracking number
-
Tracking link
-
Products included in the shipment
-
Estimated delivery information
Tracking information may take several business days to display movement after a label is created.
A “Label Created,” “Pre-Shipment,” or similar tracking status does not necessarily mean that the carrier has physically received or scanned the package.
Carrier tracking systems are operated by third parties. Farmora does not control the timing, accuracy, or availability of carrier tracking updates.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive the shipment.
7. Shipping Carriers and Fulfillment Locations
Farmora may use different carriers, logistics providers, suppliers, warehouses, or fulfillment locations depending on:
-
Product availability
-
Customer destination
-
Package size and weight
-
Delivery requirements
-
Carrier service availability
-
Operational efficiency
The carrier used for one order may differ from the carrier used for another order.
Farmora does not guarantee that a specific carrier will be used unless we expressly confirm that arrangement in writing.
Products may be shipped directly from different fulfillment locations. As a result, packaging, shipping labels, return addresses, and delivery dates may vary between products in the same order.
A return must not be sent to the address shown on the original shipping label unless Farmora has provided written instructions authorizing that address.
8. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be divided into separate shipments.
Separate shipments may occur because:
-
Products are stored at different locations
-
Products become ready for shipment at different times
-
Package size or weight requires separate handling
-
Different carriers are used
-
Products have different delivery restrictions
Each package may have a separate tracking number and delivery date.
Customers will not normally be charged an additional standard shipping fee solely because Farmora divides one order into multiple shipments.
Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining products are missing. Customers should review all tracking numbers and shipping confirmation emails before reporting an incomplete delivery.
9. Shipping Address Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
The shipping address should include, where applicable:
-
Recipient’s full name
-
Street address
-
Apartment, suite, unit, building, or lot number
-
City
-
State
-
ZIP code
-
Valid telephone number or email address
-
Delivery instructions that are reasonably necessary
Farmora is not responsible for a delivery failure caused solely by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or improperly formatted information supplied by the customer, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Customers should carefully review their order confirmation and notify us immediately if an address error is discovered.
10. Address Changes
Address-change requests must be submitted as soon as possible to:
Email: eawlopasabeul@gmail.com
Please include:
-
Full name
-
Order number
-
Original shipping address
-
Correct shipping address
-
Email address used for the order
Submitting an address-change request does not guarantee that the address can be changed.
Once processing, procurement, fulfillment, label creation, or shipment has begun, Farmora may be unable to modify the destination.
Farmora is not responsible for an unsuccessful address change when the request was received after the order could no longer reasonably be modified.
Customers should not attempt to redirect a package independently unless the carrier permits the change and the customer understands any associated risks or fees.
11. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If a package is delayed, misdirected, returned, or undeliverable because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, Farmora may, to the extent permitted by applicable law:
-
Require payment of additional shipping charges before reshipment
-
Deduct nonrecoverable shipping or carrier charges from an eligible refund
-
Wait until the package is returned before processing a refund or reshipment
-
Decline reshipment if the product is no longer available
Farmora cannot guarantee recovery of a package delivered to the address entered by the customer.
If the package was addressed incorrectly because of a verified Farmora error, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy consistent with our policies and applicable law.
12. Refused, Unclaimed, and Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to the sender because of:
-
Refused delivery
-
Failure to collect the package
-
Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
-
Inaccessible delivery location
-
Incorrect or incomplete address
-
Carrier restrictions
-
Other recipient-related delivery issues
A package being returned to sender does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee a full refund.
After the returned package is received and inspected, Farmora may provide one of the following, as appropriate:
-
Reshipment after payment of additional shipping charges
-
Refund of the eligible product amount
-
Refund after deduction of original shipping, return shipping, carrier fees, or other nonrecoverable costs
Any deduction will be made only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Products that become damaged, contaminated, expired, or unsuitable for resale because of refusal, noncollection, or an address issue may not qualify for a full refund where permitted by law.
13. Delivery Attempts and Signature Requirements
Some orders may require a signature or another form of delivery confirmation because of product value, size, carrier policy, destination, or security considerations.
The customer is responsible for:
-
Monitoring tracking information
-
Being available for delivery where reasonably necessary
-
Following carrier instructions
-
Collecting packages held at an authorized pickup location
-
Providing any identification required by the carrier
Farmora does not guarantee that a carrier will call, text, or email before delivery.
Failure to respond to delivery notices may result in the package being held, delayed, or returned.
14. Delayed Packages
A package may experience temporary tracking inactivity without being lost.
Customers should first:
-
Review the latest tracking information
-
Allow reasonable time for the next carrier scan
-
Check for weather or service disruptions
-
Contact the applicable carrier where appropriate
-
Confirm that the shipping address is correct
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the estimated delivery period has passed, contact Farmora at:
Email: eawlopasabeul@gmail.com
Please include your order number and tracking number.
Farmora may review the shipment history, contact the applicable fulfillment provider, or assist with a carrier inquiry where reasonably possible.
A delay alone does not automatically establish that a package is permanently lost.
15. Lost Packages
A package may be treated as potentially lost when tracking has not shown delivery and the carrier or logistics provider cannot locate it after a reasonable investigation period.
Customers must provide reasonable cooperation with an investigation, which may include:
-
Confirming the delivery address
-
Contacting the carrier
-
Completing a missing-package statement
-
Providing requested documentation
-
Waiting for the carrier’s investigation period
-
Confirming that the package was not received by another person at the address
Farmora may determine the appropriate remedy after reviewing:
-
Carrier tracking
-
Shipping records
-
Address information
-
Delivery scans
-
Carrier investigation results
-
Customer-provided information
-
Applicable law
Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include a replacement, refund, continued investigation, or denial of the claim where reliable evidence shows proper delivery or customer-provided address error.
16. Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Located
When tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, the customer should promptly:
-
Check all entrances, porches, garages, mailboxes, parcel lockers, barns, sheds, gates, and other safe delivery locations
-
Ask household members, employees, neighbors, building staff, property managers, or other authorized recipients
-
Review carrier delivery photographs or notices
-
Allow a reasonable period in case the carrier completed the delivery scan before physical delivery
-
Contact the carrier and request delivery details
-
Notify Farmora with the order number and tracking information
Farmora may assist with an investigation where reasonably possible.
A carrier delivery scan will be considered relevant evidence, but it will not automatically determine either the customer’s claim or Farmora’s responsibility in every circumstance.
Any replacement or refund will depend on the available evidence, carrier findings, delivery location, address accuracy, claim history, applicable store policies, and applicable law.
Farmora is not responsible for theft occurring after confirmed delivery to the correct address where the package was delivered according to the customer’s instructions, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Customers are encouraged to use a secure delivery location and retrieve packages promptly.
17. Damaged Packages
Customers should inspect packages and products promptly after delivery.
If a package or product arrives visibly damaged, contact Farmora as soon as reasonably possible. We recommend reporting the issue within seven days after delivery so that we can investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
Please provide:
-
Order number
-
Tracking number
-
Photographs of the outer packaging
-
Photographs of the shipping label
-
Photographs of the inner packaging
-
Photographs or video showing the damaged product
-
Description of the damage
-
Information about any missing components
Keep all packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, and damaged products until the claim has been resolved.
Do not discard, install, repair, alter, use, or return the product unless Farmora provides instructions.
Damage claims are reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
18. Animal and Farm Property Delivery Locations
Farmora products may be delivered to residential properties, farms, barns, agricultural facilities, commercial locations, or other addresses accepted by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
-
The delivery location is legally accessible
-
Roads, gates, entrances, and driveways are reasonably safe and accessible
-
Animals are secured away from the delivery area
-
Delivery instructions are accurate
-
An authorized person is available when necessary
-
The package can be stored safely after delivery
Farmora and the carrier may be unable to complete delivery where loose animals, locked gates, unsafe roads, restricted access, hazardous conditions, or other obstacles prevent safe access.
Additional delivery attempts, pickup requirements, address changes, or return shipping charges may apply when delivery cannot be completed because the location was inaccessible or unsafe.
19. Product Size and Freight Restrictions
Some cattle, pig, or poultry supplies may be large, heavy, oversized, or subject to special carrier handling.
Where applicable, the product page or checkout may provide additional delivery information.
Large or oversized products may:
-
Arrive in multiple packages
-
Require additional processing time
-
Be delivered by a different carrier
-
Require a signature
-
Have limited delivery areas
-
Require the customer to assist with safe receipt or movement after delivery
Unless expressly stated otherwise, standard parcel delivery does not include assembly, installation, placement inside a barn or building, removal of packaging, or disposal of an old product.
Customers are responsible for confirming product dimensions and ensuring that the delivery location has sufficient access and space.
20. Delivery Restrictions
Farmora may decline or cancel delivery to locations that:
-
Are not supported by our available carriers
-
Cannot be verified
-
Are restricted by law
-
Present an unreasonable safety risk
-
Require services we do not offer
-
Are outside the shipping regions shown at checkout
-
Are subject to product-specific transportation restrictions
Certain products may not be deliverable to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, remote areas, or locations requiring special agricultural, safety, or transportation authorization.
Availability at checkout does not guarantee that every product can be delivered to every address. If a restriction is identified after ordering, Farmora may contact the customer, offer an available alternative, or cancel and refund the affected unshipped item.
21. International Shipping
Farmora does not guarantee international shipping availability.
International delivery is available only when the destination and applicable shipping option are expressly offered during checkout.
For an eligible international order:
-
Delivery times may be longer than domestic estimates
-
Customs inspections may delay delivery
-
Import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and customs fees may apply
-
The recipient may be treated as the importer of record
-
Local authorities may restrict the importation of certain livestock or agricultural products
-
Products may require permits, declarations, or other documentation
Unless Farmora expressly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be imported, possessed, installed, or used at the destination and for paying applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed amounts.
Farmora does not control customs decisions or processing times.
If an international package is rejected, abandoned, confiscated, destroyed, or returned because of destination-country restrictions, unpaid import charges, refusal to complete customs procedures, or customer-provided information, refunds and reshipments will be considered under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
22. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
Farmora is not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Such circumstances may include:
-
Severe weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Fire or flooding
-
Public emergencies
-
War, civil unrest, or terrorism
-
Epidemics or public-health restrictions
-
Government actions
-
Customs delays
-
Labor disputes
-
Transportation network interruptions
-
Carrier system failures
-
Power or internet outages
-
Supplier or fulfillment disruptions
-
Agricultural quarantines or transportation restrictions
Where reasonably possible, Farmora will communicate material disruptions and provide available options consistent with applicable law.
23. Customer Cooperation
Customers must provide accurate and truthful information when reporting a shipping issue.
Farmora may request:
-
Photographs
-
Carrier correspondence
-
Written confirmation of nonreceipt
-
Proof of identity or address, where reasonably necessary
-
Completion of a carrier claim form
-
A police report in cases involving suspected theft or fraud
-
Other information reasonably required to investigate the claim
Failure to provide reasonably requested information may delay or prevent resolution.
Submitting false information, altered documents, fraudulent claims, or repeated abusive delivery claims may result in denial of the claim, restriction of purchasing privileges, or other lawful action.
24. Limitation of Shipping Commitments
Farmora is responsible for handling shipping issues in accordance with this policy, our other published policies, and applicable law.
Except where expressly guaranteed in writing or required by law:
-
Processing and delivery dates are estimates
-
Farmora does not guarantee delivery for a particular event, season, production schedule, animal-care deadline, or business need
-
Farmora is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by a carrier delay
-
Customers should not schedule installation, livestock movement, production activity, or other time-sensitive work until the product has been received and inspected
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
25. Relationship to the Return & Refund Policy
Shipping-related returns, damaged-product claims, refused shipments, address-related returns, refunds, and replacement requests are also governed by Farmora’s Return & Refund Policy.
If there is a conflict between this Shipping & Delivery Policy and a mandatory consumer-protection requirement, the applicable legal requirement will control.
26. Changes to This Policy
Farmora may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, carriers, operations, or legal obligations.
The policy published at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order unless:
-
A later version provides more favorable terms to the customer
-
The customer agrees to a change
-
Applicable law requires otherwise
Policy updates do not remove any rights that have already arisen or any rights that cannot legally be waived.
