  • HEATING PLATE:Underneath the heating plate are four movable brackets.These are used to adjust the height of the mounting legs.
  • MOUNTING LEGS:The legs have a top and bottom side.This is easy to recognize as the top side is quadrangular and the bottom side has a black rubber support.Underneath the heating plate,in the four comers, are mova ble brackets.Push on the bracket and feed the top of the mounting legs through each ofthe holes.Release the bracket when the preferred height is reached.
  • USE:Put the plug in the power supply. Thered LED will light up.lt will take about one hour before the heating plate is campletely warm .After the heating plate comes to temperature, place the chicks underneath the heating plate.
  • Notice:lt is impartant to know that a heating plate is nota heat source like a heat bulb.A heat bulb becomes very hot and radiates the heat downwards.A heating plate is completely different, as only the surface ofthe bottom side of the heating plate is warm.It is important that the chicks can touch the heating plate, especially when they are newly born.For that reason the height adjustment is very crucial.
